This hotel is great value for money, especially considering the prices of other hotels in the area. The attention to detail is evident in the clean and comfortable rooms, despite their small size. The location next to a big shopping mall is so convenient for any shopping needs, and being located within a short walking distance to a metro station makes exploring the city a breeze. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Basic amenities like a decent-sized bed and breakfast with our taste, including freshly brewed coffee, are all available.

A long distance from bts. Worst breakfast we ever had in the trip. The breakfast most likely in Indian style. Should have international breakfast or Thai Breakfast. Room and bathroom are too small for superior room. Information about the complimentary drinks are not stated clearly. Maps drawn to go to the hotel are not illustrated clearly and confusing. The hotel only teach on how to go to the city from Hotel by bus, bts or ferry but do not teach the traveler on how to go from the city to the hotel by any transportation. Most of the taxi driver do not know how to read English which is ramkhamheang soi 5. Difficult to get a taxi to take the traveler to the hotel by writing the road name in English to show to the taxi driver. Black spots beside the bathroom which is not clean.

I will not stay here ever again! Smokey smell in hall ways and rooms. Seedy men bringing in hookers. Air con Not working in room. Noise from loud talking in other rooms at 3:30 am, could not sleep! Carpets in hall ways need replaced, To bad I like the location.

The space in a bathroom is very limited. No rinse spray hose in a toilet. Hot and cold shower works improperly.

The hotel looked better on the pictures, the actual atmosphere was somehow dirty and small - bugs running around, not enough air or space. It was promised to have free internet, but in reality you only got 1 hour per day or free from the lobby. Wouldn't stay again.
